Patna: JD(U) chief Nitish Kumar took oath as Bihar chief minister for the 10th time at Patna's historic Gandhi Maidan on November 20. During the 10th oath ceremony of Nitish Kumar, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Minister Amit Shah, and other prominent leaders were present.
It is to be noted here that NDA marked a historic victory in the Bihar Assembly Elections 2025 by securing 202 seats in the 243-member assembly. BJP gained 89, JD(U) 85, LJP(RV) 19, HAM 5 and RLM 4 in the Bihar assembly elections.
During the Nitish Kumar's oath ceremony, PM Modi thanked people with his signature ‘gamchha’ wave. At the oath ceremony of Nitish Kumar, PM Modi extended his gratitude to the people of Bihar with his signature 'gamchha' wave at Patna's Gandhi Maidan. It is to me noted here that NDA returned to power in Bihar with 202 out of 243 seats in the state Assembly elections.
During the oath ceremony, PM Modi extended his greetings to Bihar CM Nitish Kumar, and Governor Arif Mohammad Khan, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, BJP National President JP Nadda and other NDA leaders at Gandhi Maidan in Patna.
During the oath ceremony, Senior BJP leader Samrat Choudhary took oath as the minister of Bihar. It is to be noted here that the Governor Arif Mohammad Khan administered the oath of office and secrecy. For the unknown, Samrat Choudhary is a son of former minister Shakuni Choudhary.
During Nitish Kumar oath ceremony as Bihar CM, Senior BJP leader Vijay Kumar Sinha took oath as a minister of Bihar, alongside Samrat Choudhary. He was also administered the oath of office and secrecy by the Governor Arif Mohammad Khan.
