Araria, Bihar: As the voting for the first phase for Bihar elections are underway, Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched a rally in Araria, Bihar. Addressing at the rally, PM Modi said, "Today, the first phase of voting is taking place to develop Bihar.''

PM Modi continued to add, ''Stunning pictures are coming from different corners of Bihar on social media. Long lines have been forming at polling stations since the morning. Mothers, sisters, and daughters are coming out in large numbers to vote. There is unprecedented enthusiasm among the youth of Bihar as well. I congratulate all the voters. I appeal to the people to come out and cast their votes..."

Prime Minister Narendra Modi saif, "Right now, they have no connection whatsoever with power. Even then, they are busy trying to belittle each other. These are companions in name only; what they're actually doing is dragging each other down. With so many RJD posters up in the city, have you seen even a single picture of the Congress's 'naamdaar' in any of them? If there's one anywhere, it won't even be visible without binoculars.''

He added, ''On the other hand, look at the rallies of Congress's 'naamdaar' leaders. In them, Congress's 'naamdaar' leaders don't even mention the names of RJD's leaders. There's such untouchability going on that they fear even each other's shadow. RJD's leaders, whatever announcements they make, Congress's leaders fall silent on them."

Addressing the crowd in Bhagalpur, Bihar, PM Modi said, "Imagine if Bihar's most corrupt family and the country's most corrupt family, both out on bail, were in power, this money would have ended up in the coffers of Congress and RJD leaders, not in the sisters' accounts."
