New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has left for his three-country tour from today. On this trip he will visit Jordan, Ethiopia and Oman. According to the government, the purpose of this tour is to further strengthen India's political, economic and strategic relations with these countries.

The tour will start from Jordan

Prime Minister Modi will reach Jordan first. Here he will meet the top leadership of Jordan. Discussions are expected between the two countries on regional security, situation in West Asia, and mutual cooperation. Relations between India and Jordan have been good for a long time and this visit is likely to give a new direction to bilateral relations.

Focus on relations with Africa in Ethiopia

After Jordan, the prime minister will go to Ethiopia. This tour is considered important from the point of view of India-Africa relations.
