'The opposition does not ask how many enemy planes were shot down,' Rajnath Singh cornered the opposition

National News: The discussion on the Pahalgam terror attack and Operation Sindoor is going on in Lok Sabha. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh started this mega debate in the Parliament. He said that we have taken revenge for the sindoor of our mothers and sisters. We entered the house and killed the terrorists. Defence Minister Rajnath Singh cornered the opposition and said that the opposition is asking how many of our planes were shot down; they never asked how many enemy planes were shot down. The Defence Minister said that 'This Sindoor Ki Laali is a story of bravery. More than 100 terrorists and handlers were killed in this operation. 

Operation in 22 Minutes, No Loss Reported

Defense Minister Rajnath Singh said that there was no loss of any of our important assets in this operation. The operation was completed in 22 minutes. The terrorists were killed by entering their homes. Rajnath Singh said that these attacks were not of an escalatory nature. Jinh mohin maara, tinh mohin maare... However, Pakistan attacked military bases. We foiled these attacks. 

Pakistan’s Attacks Foiled, Every Missile Intercepted

Rajnath Singh said that our action was completely in self-defense. Pakistan used missiles and long-range weapons to attack from May 7 to May 10 at 1:30 am. Their target was our military bases. Our defense system and electronic equipment foiled every attack by Pakistan, and Pakistan was not able to hit any target. Every attack was stopped. The Indian Army foiled every plan of the enemy. 

Evidence Collected, DGMO-Level Talks Held

Rajnath Singh said that the forces have collected evidence despite darkness. This information was given in the press briefing. The security forces were completely successful in accomplishing this. At 1.35 pm, India's DGMO spoke to Pakistan's DGMO and informed him about the action. These attacks were not escalatory. On 7-8 May 2025, Pakistan escalated the situation. Pakistan attacked at many places. Our Akash missile system and airguns took effective action and foiled it.
