What arrangements has Delhi Metro made for Republic Day 2026?

On this occasion, the Delhi Metro is going to provide convenience to those going to witness the Republic Day celebrations. Traveling by metro will now be easier for people attending the Republic Day parade. On January 26, 2026 (Monday), the Delhi Metro will start its services on all lines earlier than usual, from 3:00 AM. This special arrangement will help facilitate better movement of people to and from Kartavya Path.

To provide better convenience to passengers on January 26, trains will operate at 15-minute intervals until 6:00 AM. After that, services will be provided according to the regular schedule for the rest of the day. Passengers are requested to plan their journey in advance and take advantage of the early morning metro services.

On the occasion of Republic Day, parking facilities will be fully available at all metro stations across the network, which will benefit passengers attending the celebrations.
