Pune Murder Case: Killer Rejected Siya Goyal's Murder Plan After Hearing Ketan's Name

New Delhi: Another sensational revelation has come to light in the investigation of Pune's famous Ketan Aggarwal murder case. Police investigation has revealed that the main accused Siya Goyal had earlier tried to take the help of a shooter to murder her fiance Ketan Aggarwal. However, the shooter reportedly refused to do so. After this, Sia and her alleged lover Chetan Choudhary together planned to carry out the entire murder conspiracy themselves. Investigating agencies believe that the murder was not a sudden decision but was part of a well-planned conspiracy in several stages.

How did the conspiracy reach the betel nut killer?

According to police sources, digital evidence found during the investigation and interrogation of the accused revealed that Siya Goyal had earlier tried to find a professional shooter to murder Ketan. The plan was changed after the alleged shooter refused to commit the murder. After this, Siya and Chetan chose such a method that the incident would appear to be an accident and no one would suspect them. The investigation into this aspect is still going on and the police are also investigating the role of other people associated with it.

How was the entire murder plan prepared?

According to the information revealed so far in the investigation, both the accused chose Lohagarh Fort of Lonavala for the crime. Police claim that planning was done several times before the murder and the crime was allegedly 'rehearsed'. After initial attempts were not successful, finally in June, Ketan Aggarwal was taken to the fort on the pretext of trekking, where he was pushed into a ditch. Initially it was declared an accident, but as the investigation progressed the case turned into murder.
