Three private schools and a bank at Connaught Place gets bomb threat emails in Delhi

New Delhi: In a shocking update, a bomb threat has been received by several private schools in Delhi via email on Monday. As per the reports, the information was received by Delhi Fire Service and police at around 8 am, and police and fire teams have started checks at the schools, as per the Delhi Fire Service. Along with three private schools, a bank at Connaught Place also recived bomb threat emails in Delhi.

As per the officials of the Delhi Fire Services (DFS), the first threat call was received by Army Public School in Delhi Cantt at 8.20 am, while the second threat call was received at Salwan Public School in Mayur Vihar at around 8.36 am. As per the officials, the third bomb threat mail was received at Meera Public School in Janakpuri at 8.45 am. Meanwhile, Axis Bank’s Barakhamba Branch also received bomb threat mail at around 9.48 am, as per the officials. 

Bomb threat at Mira Model School in Janakpuri 

Mira Model School in Janakpuri received a bomb threat via email today. Soon after the news, police reached the spot.

Bomb threat at a Bank in Connaught Place

A bank in Connaught Place received a bomb threat via email today; Police are present at the spot at Statesman House Building and are conducting a thorough search.

Bomb threat at Sardar Patel Vidyalaya in Lodhi Estate

Sardar Patel Vidyalaya in Lodhi Estate received a bomb threat via email today. Visuals from outside the school also surfaced online. 

Bomb threat at Salwan Public School in Mayur Vihar Phase 3

Salwan Public School in Mayur Vihar Phase 3 received a bomb threat via email today. As per the reports, Police are present at the spot.
