Sports News: The reports suggest that Sai Sudarshan is all set to feature in the playing 11 for the Manchester test. After playing the first test at Leeds, the left-handed no. 3 batter could not make it to the eleven in the next two tests. India captain Shubman Gill asked the southpaw if he wants to bat in the nets on Tuesday, but Sai denied. When you are asked so, as a batter, you'd want to get all the basics covered before an all-important test. But Sai said "no".

Gill too was obliged and agreed with Sai's opinion. Both play together at the Gujarat Titans, and Gill is well aware of Sai's habit of not batting in the nets a day before the match.
