Mathura: District Magistrate Chandra Prakash Singh and Senior Superintendent of Police Shlok Kumar heard public grievances during the Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas organised at Tehsil Sadar in Mathura.
The programme was held under the Mission Shakti Phase 6.0 campaign, during which both officials listened carefully to complaints raised by residents and issued necessary directions to officials of the concerned departments for their timely resolution.
During the public hearing, the District Magistrate and SSP emphasised that applications and complaints must be resolved in accordance with established rules, with transparency and within the prescribed timelines.
They instructed the concerned officials not to show negligence in addressing public grievances and stressed the need for effective, high-quality solutions so that complainants would not have to repeatedly visit government offices to get their issues resolved.
The officials reiterated that accountability and timely action were essential to ensuring that citizens received appropriate relief.
As part of the Mission Shakti Phase 6.0 campaign, women and girls were also made aware of their rights, safety measures and government welfare schemes during the programme.
They were provided information about initiatives related to women's security and encouraged to become self-reliant. Officials highlighted the importance of awareness in promoting women's empowerment and ensuring their safety.
The programme also encouraged women and girls to remain informed about their rights and seek assistance through available government mechanisms whenever necessary.
Through the public hearing and awareness activities, the administration aimed to strengthen grievance redressal while promoting women's safety, empowerment and access to government support.
