American Travel Blogger's Harrowing Experience on Indian Train 15-Hour Journey Ends in Hospitalization

American travel YouTuber Nick Maddock was hospitalized with a nasty respiratory infection after a 15-hour ride on an Indian sleeper train Maddock, who is famous for travelling to offbeat destinations, posted his experience on Instagram, attributing poor hygiene and bad train conditions and promised never to repeat such a journey again.

A video capturing the suffering of Indian trains has emerged. On which an American travel blogger has spent 15 hours in a train. She exposed in the vlog that she had been hospitalized due to a bad respiratory infection after riding on an Indian train for 15 hours. Nick Maddock of Missouri is a round-the-world traveler since eight years ago and updates his journeys on social media. He has a long history of living and traveling in unfamiliar places and was familiar with most of the discomforts that an Indian train endures, but Maddock opted for the Indian train journey and ended up in hospital.

In the video posted on Instagram, the American YouTuber disclosed that she had been hospitalised by a bad respiratory infection following a 15-hour trip in an Indian sleeper class. Meanwhile, he has conceded that he would never risk embarking on such a trip again.

A 15-hour trip or inhaling into corpses

In one of the videos, he can be seen with an oxygen mask on. "I'm not entirely certain whether it was a 15 hour train or a week of inhaling dead bodies in Varanasi, but somehow these lungs have disappeared," Maddock wrote in the accompanying video caption. 

People thought prior to the trip

In the comments, he disclosed that two individuals had suggested that he travel by train. In the second video, he displayed a dirty toilet in the sleeper class coach of the train. In one of the clips, he is seen wearing an oxygen mask.
He did not state the date of his journey or the route he traveled, but once more stated that he was on the train for 15 hours and assured that h would never do it again.
