The party is considering this decision very important because BJP is going to form the government for the first time in Bengal. In such a situation, there is no hurry regarding leadership.

Why is the swearing-in ceremony being considered special?

The swearing-in ceremony of the new government will be held on Saturday, May 9 at the historic Brigade Parade Ground in Kolkata. BJP is seeing this program to be held at 11 am as a big show of strength.
