Bajaj Auto has officially launched the updated Dominar 400 and Dominar 250 in India. Several new features have been added to these bikes. The 2025 Dominar 250 is cost at Rs 1.92 lakh and the 2025 Dominar 400 at Rs 2.39 lakh (ex-showroom). Both bikes now come with new riding modes, a new digital meter, and factory-fitted accessories.
There hasn’t been a significant design change, but the Dominar 400 now features Ride-by-Wire technology via an electronic throttle body, offering four riding modes: Road, Rain, Sport, and Off-Road. Meanwhile, the Dominar 250 also comes with four ABS-based riding modes, which are based on a mechanical throttle body—the same technology recently seen in the Bajaj Pulsar 250.
Both bikes now get a bonded digital instrument console with a speedo flap, ensuring clear visibility of information on the screen, unaffected by rain or sunlight. The handlebar design has been updated to provide better comfort for long rides. A new switchgear (button system) has been installed to make controlling new features easier. The company has also included some factory-fitted accessories, such as a GPS mount carrier.
"Dominar is not just a bike; it's an experience," said Sarang Kanade, President of Bajaj Auto's Motorcycle Business Unit. Travel offers the kind of experience that books cannot. It builds confidence, thought, and perspective. We are taking the sports touring culture forward in India with the 2025 Dominar range. This is not just an update, but a message — the road belongs to those who don't stop.”
He added,
“The new Bajaj Dominar range is for those who seek long-distance riding, adventure, and comfort. With new technology, ride modes, and accessories, this bike has become even more powerful.”
