Mahindra Slashes SUV Prices: Check Full List and New Prices

Auto News: The country's leading vehicle manufacturer, Mahindra, has made a major change in the prices of many of its popular SUV models. This step is taken after a change in GST rates. According to the company, now purchasing these SUVs has already become easier and more economical. The prices of SUVs with Mahindra's ICE segment have been cut from Rs 1.01 lakh to Rs 1.56 lakh.

Mahindra's leading SUV model & prices cut

• Mahindra Bolero and Bolero Neo: The price of this model has been reduced by Rs 1.27 lakh. The new prices will now start from Rs 8.79 lakh.
• XUV 3xo: The price of this SUV has been cut by Rs 1.56 lakh, the highest cut. The new price will now be Rs 7.28 lakh.
• Mahindra Thar: The price of this model has been reduced by Rs 1.35 lakh. Now the new price of Thar will start from Rs 10.32 lakh.
• Scorpio Classic: It has been cut by Rs 1.01 lakh and the new price is Rs 12.98 lakh.
• Scorpio N: The price of this SUV has decreased by Rs 1.45 lakh; the new price will start from Rs 13.20 lakh.
• Thar Rocks: The price of Thar Rocks has been cut by Rs 1.3 lakh. The new price is 12.25 lakh rupees.
• XUV 700: The price of Mahindra's premium SUV XUV 700 has been cut by Rs 1.43 lakh. The new price will now start from Rs 13.19 lakh.

Reasons for price changes

Mahindra has stated the reason for the price cuts is to change GST rates. Under the new tax rules, companies have gotten some benefits, which Mahindra is directly transporting to the customers. This has made it more economical to buy SUVs for buyers.

When will the new prices come into force

The company said that the new prices will be applicable from 22 September 2025. This means that from this date, customers will be able to buy these SUVs at new low prices.
