Mahindra is launching its first fully-engineered CNG SUV, the XUV 3XO CNG, on October 15th. This will be the third CNG-powered car in the subcompact segment, after the Nexon and Brezza. It will be powered by a 1.2-liter turbo-petrol engine that delivers excellent performance even in CNG mode. The CNG variants are expected to be priced around ₹1 lakh more than the regular petrol model.
Audi India is launching its third-generation Audi Q3 in the premium luxury segment on October 16th. Bookings have already begun for ₹1 lakh. It will be powered by a 2.0-liter turbo-petrol engine producing 203 bhp and will come paired with a 7-speed automatic and Quattro all-wheel drive. Featuring a new design, more power, and impressive interior features, this SUV is expected to be priced between ₹55 lakh and ₹60 lakh (ex-showroom).
Renault is launching its new Duster Strong Hybrid E-Tech 160 on October 17th. This hybrid SUV will feature a 1.8-liter petrol engine, two electric motors, and a 1.4 kWh battery, which together generate 160 bhp of power. Most importantly, the company is claiming a robust mileage of 29 km/liter with this powerful hybrid model.
JSW MG Motor is expected to launch a special edition of its popular electric car, the Windsor EV Indulge, around Diwali. This new edition is being introduced to celebrate the electric vehicle's two-year anniversary in India. It will feature a new champagne-gold color, some cosmetic changes, and new accessories. However, the vehicle's battery pack and driving range will remain unchanged.
Hyundai is also preparing to introduce its new SUV, the Bayon, before Diwali. It will fill the space between the Venue and the Creta. It will measure approximately 4.2 meters in length and is expected to be powered by a 1.5-liter petrol engine, along with a factory-fitted CNG option. Equipped with modern features, this car will also feature a generative AI voice assistant.
