Khan Sir Moves Patna High Court To Quash FIR, Bihar Government Asked To Respond

Patna: Patna High Court has sought response from Bihar government in the ongoing legal dispute regarding famous teacher and YouTuber Khan Sir. The court has directed the government to present its stand within four weeks. This matter is related to Khan sir's petition, in which he has demanded cancellation of the FIR registered against him.

Why did Khan Sir knock on the door of the High Court?

Khan sir has filed a petition in the Patna High Court, saying that the FIR registered against him is wrong. He says that he has no direct connection with the case in which his name has been included. On this basis, he has demanded the court cancel the FIR. While hearing the petition, the High Court has issued a notice to the Bihar government and sought its reply.
