Where Is Khan Sir? Patna Police Hunt Intensifies, Noida Cops Brought Into Search

Patna: The controversy surrounding educator Faisal Khan, also known as Khan Sir, Has been intensifying day by day. Now, his counsel has confirmed that efforts are underway to secure anticipatory bail in connection with the recent firing incident outside his coaching institute in Patna.

Where is Khan Sir?

The Patna police have not yet been able to arrest Khan Sir in connection with the firing incident outside the coaching center. After an FIR was registered against Khan Sir, the police raided the place last night to arrest him. However, Khan Sir remains out of police reach. 

What happen?

The development comes as the police investigation expands, rival coaching groups trade allegations, and demands grow from some teachers and student leaders for Khan Sir’s arrest following the registration of an FIR in the case.

Will Khan Sir surrender? 

His lawyer Arvind Kumar Maur dismissed speculations of Khan Sir’s surrender at the Patna Civil Court premises.

He stated that there was no question of his surrendering. The lawyer claimed that Khan had been framed in the case as part of a conspiracy and that his case would be presented before the court as per the legal process.

“The FIR lodged against him is in retaliation because his staff had lodged a case against the Director (of Gyan Bindu GS Academy) on 2nd June. Guards had fired in the air for safety; no one was injured. But in the disclosure statement in the FIR, his name has been inserted. This is an attempt to frame him and defame him. We will file an anticipatory bail plea,” he said.

What about the security guards?

Two security guards were arrested in the firing case and during the police interrogation said that they had fired two rounds each on the instructions of Khan Sir.

After the guards’ statements, the police added Faisal Khan’s name to the FIR, sparking speculation about his possible arrest.

Meanwhile, Patna police have contacted a Noida based security company to gather information about the license for the 315-bore rifle seixed from Khan Sir's guards.
