Gold-Silver Price On August 18: Yellow, White Metal Rates Continue To Fluctuate (X)
New Delhi: The price of gold continue to fluctuate amid the war between the US and Iran. On Tuesday, a increase was seen in both precious metals in the domestic market. Both gold and silver remained under pressure on MCX, due to which both buyers and investors are keeping an eye on the market movements.
On Friday, the price of gold futures for October on the Multi Commodity Exchange went up by 0.73 per cent. It was at Rs 154,590. The price of futures for September on the MCX also went up by 0.15 per cent. It was at Rs 2,36,272 per kilogram.
The price of 10 grams of 24-carat gold was at Rs 1,49,621 on Friday. This is more than it was on Monday. The price of gold and silver also went up because the price of oil is changing a lot, problems in the Middle East and the value of the US dollar is going down.
Now the price of 24K gold is Rs 15,234 per gram. The price of 22K gold is Rs 13,964 per gram. Here are the prices of gold in cities in the country on Tuesday.
