New Delhi: Millions of students are waiting for the CBSE 12th results, and their wait is soon going to end. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) typically announces Class 12 results in the second or third week of May. This means that this time too, the results are expected to be released between May 10 and 15.
Once the results are released, the board will activate the result link on its official websites, results.cbse.nic.in and cbse.gov.in, allowing students to view their results. Students can also check their CBSE 12th results on the DigiLocker app and the website, digilocker.gov.in. Furthermore, the results will also be available via SMS, and the Umang app.
This year, the evaluation process has been meticulously conducted to ensure students receive accurate results for their hard work. It's worth noting that the website may be down due to heavy traffic. In such cases, students can use DigiLocker and the UMANG app. The digital marksheet will be valid as a provisional certificate for future college admissions.
According to CBSE regulations, students must score at least 33 percent in each subject to pass the Class 12th exam. Students must pass both theory and practical exams separately. However, if students fail in one or two subjects, they will be given the opportunity to appear for compartment exams to avoid wasting a year. Students who are dissatisfied with their marks can apply for re-evaluation of their answer sheets, details of which will be released by the board after the results are declared.
