Arjun Kapoor’s Sister Anshula Kapoor Set to Tie the Knot with Rohan Thakkar (Instagram)
Entertainement News: Bollywood actor Arjun Kapoor's younger sister Anshula Kapoor and screenwriter Rohan Thakkar are now going to get engaged soon. According to sources, the two will engage in a private and peaceful event in Mumbai on October 2. Only close friends and family will attend this occasion. Anshula's father Boney Kapoor, brothers Arjun Kapoor and sisters Khushi and Janhvi Kapoor will be present at the ceremony.
Sources said that a puja will also be organized on the occasion. Both have decided to make it a simple and low profile program. Only family and close friends will be involved in the ceremony, to make it a private and comfortable gathering.
On July 3 this year, Anshula shared pictures of proposal on her social media account. She wrote that they met through an app and their first conversation started at 1:15 AM on a Tuesday, which lasted till 6 am. Three years later, in front of a Castle in Central Park, New York, Rohan proposed to marry her. Anshula said that this moment was absolutely magical, as if the whole world had paused for a moment. He said in his caption, "It was exactly the same love that feels like home. I never believed in fairy tales, but what Rohan gave me that day was real, thoughtfully and special to us. I said yes."
Anshula told that that day Rohan made her feel true and special love for him. Their first meal together after first union was in Shake Shack, as their first conversation also started over their mutual love for mushroom burgers. She wrote, "Between the tears, laughter and amazing happiness, always just you have been engaged to my best friend. I am engaged to my best friend. My safe shelter, my human, my favorite boy, favorite city… and now my favorite yes!"
Anshula Kapoor is the daughter of Bollywood producer Boney Kapoor and his first wife, Mona Shori. She often makes headlines for her style and social media presence. Rohan Thakkar, who is currently associated with Dharmatic Entertainment, is active in the film and digital content industry.
