'Funky' Movie X Review: Vishwak Sen, Kayadu Lohar Film Gets Mixed Reactions

Mumbai: A new family entertainer with a pack of romance, comedy and fun is in the town. The Telugu film 'Funky', starring Vishwak Sen and Kayadu Lohar, was theatrical released on Friday. The film also features Naresh, VTV Ganesh, and others in supporting roles.

What is the film about?

From the usual hero-villain drama, this Telugu film offers family drama, charm and chemistry between the Vishwak Sen and  Kayadu Lohar  is a must watch.

The film is directed by Anudeep KV, who is best known for 'Jaathiratnalu' and produced by Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya under the banners of Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas and is presented by Srikara Studios. 

The film also features Naresh, VTV Ganesh, and others in supporting roles. The movie will give you a roller coaster ride of laughs, quirky situations, heartwarming family moments.

Some viewers are loving the romantic comedy and the quirky vibes, while others feel the pacing, editing, comedy could have been better. 

On user shared that the first half of the film is quite entertaining and the second half felt like emotional.

Funky will be available to stream on Netflix after its theatrical run. The streaming platform announced this during its 'Netflix Pandaga' event. The film will be available in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada.
