Entertainment News: One of the most loved couples in the South Indian film industry, Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda, recently made headlines with the news of their engagement. The couple is expected to tie the knot in February 2026, a development that the 36-year-old Liger star’s team confirmed to the media on Saturday.
Rashmika Mandanna, born on April 5, 1996, is now 29 years old and among the top-paid actresses in South India. With more than 47.1 million followers on Instagram, she has earned wealth not only from films but also from brand endorsements, modelling, and ambassador roles. Her total wealth is estimated to be around ₹66 crore, as reported by Forbes. She began her journey with modelling and soon entered films. Her first big success came with the Kannada film Kirik Party, which became a box office hit.
Reports suggest she usually charges between Rs 4 and Rs 8 crore for a film. However, for Pushpa 2: The Rule, she is said to have taken home a massive Rs 10 crore. Rashmika, who recently got engaged to Vijay Deverakonda, played Yesubai Bhonsale in Chhaava and was paid about Rs 4 crore for the role. In August this year, Rashmika became the face of Swarovski India as their brand ambassador. Earlier, in July 2025, she also became the first Indian face for the fitness brand Isopure. Over the years, she has promoted several major brands such as Boat, Kalyan Jewellers, 7UP, Meesho, and Plum. Known to fans as the “National Crush,” she owns a lavish bungalow in Bangalore worth ₹8 crore, along with other properties in Mumbai, Goa, Coorg, and Hyderabad.
