Tej Pratap Yadav Slams Bhojpuri Industry, Says 'Vulgarity Must End' (x)
Patna: The new reality show 'Bhojpuri Bawal', featuring Bhojpuri stars, began on August 2. Janshakti Janata Dal (JJD) national president Tej Pratap Yadav also made a grand entry on the show and discussed politics as well as cinema. Later, the leader shared his views on the Bhojpuri industry with the people.
Tej Pratap Yadav, accompanied by his security, walked along Marine Drive in Patna. During the visit, he inspected the Ganga River area. Seeing the garbage around the river, he said that when his government comes to power, the area will be completely cleaned up. Improvements are needed here.
Tej Pratap Yadav's assistant said, "It would be great if we could turn this place into a tourist destination like Goa." Tej Pratap replied, "It has to be like Goa." The assistant replied, "If you become Chief Minister, I'll make this area even better than Goa." Tej Pratap replied, "Power is important, isn't it? Without power, no one will listen."
The assistant suggested, "That's why we're thinking of organizing a foot march across Bihar." Tej Pratap said, "To connect people, we first need to strengthen our organization. To do this, we'll need to unite prominent Bhojpuri artists, because people connect by seeing artists."
Tej Pratap further said that, "The public automatically connects with good artists who deliver good performances. But Bhojpuri has become quite vulgar these days. That's why we don't like it, because of the way they portray obscenity. They defame Bihar. Our own people go out and do this. But this has to change. It won't happen until the youth come forward."
Tej Pratap also said that he will organize a dinner with Bhojpuri stars and work together to bring change in Bihar.
The show 'Bhojpuri Bawal' has been generating considerable buzz since its announcement. Regarding the information about the show, it suggests that it has neither a script nor a filter. It's set to cause significant uproar.
