US Strikes ‘Drug-Carrying Submarine: The US President Donald Trump revealed on Saturday that at least 25,000 Americans would have died, after the United States destroyed a “very large drug-carrying submarine, in a strike.
Earlier, on Friday, Donald Trump had announced the strike in the Caribbean, was part of the US military campaign that as per him is to stop drugs from Latin America from entering the United States.
Notably, a video of the submarine strike was also shared by the White House on X. Meanwhile, Donald Trump's Truth Social post stated, “It was my great honor to destroy a very large DRUG-CARRYING SUBMARINE that was navigating towards the United States on a well known narcotrafficking transit route. U.S. Intelligence confirmed this vessel was loaded up with mostly Fentanyl, and other illegal narcotics. There were four known narcoterrorists on board the vessel. Two of the terrorists were killed.”
Further, Donald Trump stated that at least 25,000 Americans would die if this submarine is allowed to come ashore. His post read, “The two surviving terrorists are being returned to their Countries of origin, Ecuador and Colombia, for detention and prosecution. No U.S. Forces were harmed in this strike. Under my watch, the United States of America will not tolerate narcoterrorists trafficking illegal drugs, by land or by sea. Thank you for your attention to this matter!”
According to a report of the news agency AFP, around six vessels, have been targeted by US strikes in the Caribbean since September.
