Ex-British Minister Ann Widdecombe Brutally Killed, Bloodied Body Found At Residence

Former British minister and senior Conservative Party leader Ann Widdecombe was found dead at her residence.

Britain: The body of Britain's senior Conservative leader and former minister Ann Widecome has been found in her house. Her age was 78 years. When the police got information, they immediately reached the spot. During investigation, many injury marks were found on her body. After this, the police have registered a case of murder.

Who has the police arrested?

The police have arrested a 28-year-old man in this case. The accused is a British citizen. He was caught in the Newton Abbot area of South-West England, about 15 kilometres from Ann Widecome's home. The accused is still being interrogated. The police are trying to find out why the murder took place.

Ann Widecome was a prominent leader of Britain's Conservative Party.  She has also been a minister in the government of former Prime Minister John Major.  During her political career, she was also in the news for her statements against abortion and homosexuality.
