Trump on Chandra Nagamallaiah Murder Case: The murder of Indian citizen Chandra Nagamallaiah in Dallas, Texas, has sparked grief and anger not only among the local people but also in India. The man who brutally slit Chandra's throat had come illegally from Cuba, and he also had a criminal record.
US President Donald Trump reacted to this horrific incident and reiterated that his government is committed to making America safe again. Trump said that now there will be no leniency towards criminals or illegal immigrants.
Trump wrote on his social media platform Truth, "I am deeply saddened by the news of the murder of Chandra Nagamallaiya in Dallas, Texas. In front of his wife and son, an illegal immigrant from Cuba brutally killed him. This should never happen in our country."
Trump pointed out that this person had previously been arrested for serious crimes like child sexual abuse, car theft, and false imprisonment. Despite this, he was not barred from America during the Joe Biden administration. The President said that now there is no place for such incidents.
Trump said that under his rule, many officials of the administration, including Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, Attorney General Pam Bondi, and Border Czar Tom Homan, are engaged in ensuring the security of America. He assured that full action will be taken against this criminal under the law.
Chandra's killer has been taken into custody. He will be tried for first-degree murder. This incident has given rise to a new debate on illegal immigrants and their security policies in America.
