Trump

US President Donald Trump announced on Saturday that India and Pakistan agreed to a total ceasefire facilitated by the US. Trump, after getting back to the White House, has attempted to establish himself as the leader of peace in the world. While Trump's followers define the hard and abrupt decisions made by him as firm diplomacy, many refer to his choices as unwise and ego-driven.

Pakistan's evil plans to the limelight

News of the violation began pouring in hours after Trump declared the India-Pakistan ceasefire. Not only did these reports bring Pakistan's evil plans to the limelight but also made Trump's diplomacy ineffective and unsuccessful. Since then, many are referring to Trump as less influential despite being the President of the world's superpower nation. Trump has attempted to achieve a ceasefire in additional nations in recent months, let's see how Trump's report card is there.

Russia-Ukraine ceasefire

Donald Trump had spoken while running for office that if he's elected as president, he would end the Ukraine war within 24 hours, but this hasn't been the case. Even though Russia has not signed a permanent ceasefire in Ukraine despite Trump's numerous efforts, last week he did manage to achieve a 30-day temporary ceasefire.

Hamas-Israel Ceasefire

Israel restarted bombing Gaza on March 18, violating the US, Qatar and Egypt-brokered ceasefire in January. Since then, the Trump administration failed to convince Israel Hamas to make peace, another evidence of Trump's bad diplomacy.

Ceasefire with Houthi rebels

The US had conducted a heavy bombing of Yemen to prevent the Houthi attacks, but it did not materialize. The US also facilitated a ceasefire with the Houthis. The Houthis are reported to be strong on their conditions in this ceasefire and they will keep on targeting Israel except for the US. From all these ceasefires, it is evident that Trump's ceasefire report is not good.
