International News: India has now intensified its diplomatic efforts alongside strong words against Pakistan-sponsored terrorism. A major development has come in this: a distinguished all-party delegation from India led by Ravi Shankar Prasad has reached Paris, the capital of France. The purpose of this visit is clear: to send a message to the international community on behalf of India that India now stands with a more strict, organized, and global partnership against terrorism.
India's new strategy on the global stage
The Indian Embassy in Paris informed on the social media platform 'X' that a nine-member delegation has reached France. This group will apprise foreign leaders about India's policy against terrorism and India's response to the recent Pahalgam terrorist attack.
Ravi Shankar Prasad, leading the delegation, firmly stated upon arriving in Paris, "India believes in peace, but our response to terrorism will be firm and uncompromising."
Who are the members of this delegation?
Representing the BJP are M.J. Akbar, Daggubati Purandeshwari, Gulam Ali Khatana, and Samik Bhattacharya. From the Congress, Amar Singh, from the Shiv Sena (UBT), Priyanka Chaturvedi, and former National Security Advisor Pankaj Saran are also part of this mission. It is a symbol of India's democratic unity that all parties have come together in a global campaign.
The biggest diplomatic initiative after Operation Sindoor
The April 22 terrorist attack in Pahalgam sent shockwaves across the nation. After this, the government, led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, not only targeted the terrorist hideouts under "Operation Sindoor," but also started a campaign to tell the truth to the world by forming seven all-party delegations. France is the first stop; after this, the delegation will visit Britain, Germany, the European Union, Italy, and Denmark.
Terrorism: No longer just India’s problem
In his address, Ravi Shankar Prasad categorically stated, “Terrorism is no longer a regional problem, but a global one. Pakistan is the permanent source of this problem. India will now try to root it out not only domestically, but through international alliances.”
Echoes of a new India
Today India is not just doing diplomacy; it is fighting for the security, sovereignty, and self-respect of its citizens on the world stage. This voice raised from Paris can set a new global vision in the times to come, where India’s policy against terrorism becomes a symbol of global leadership, not just national.
