Tel Aviv: The United Staes (US) and Israel have already killed several senior Iranian officials, including Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei a wave of devastating airstrikes. The US and Israeli attacks have wreaked havoc across Iran. According to local media, more than 550 people have died so far. Amid a raging in the Middle East, US President Donald Trump has stated that the US military is carrying out large scale airstrikes on Iran, but the real wave of attacks is yet to come.

What did Donald Trump say?

Talking to the media, the US President provided information about the attacks being carried out in Iran. He said, "We're hitting them (Iran) hard. I think it's going very well. Our military is very strong. We have the greatest military in the world, and we're using it. We haven't even attacked them with full force yet; the big wave hasn't even arrived yet. A big attack is coming very soon."

The US President was asked if, in addition to US military attacks, he was helping the Iranian people regain control of their government. The US President responded, "Yes, we are indeed doing this, but for now, we want everyone to stay indoors because the situation outside is not safe."

Justifying his attack on Iran, Trump said that Iran was refusing to abandon its nuclear program. It was pursuing it at a rapid pace. If we had not attacked, the day was not far off when Iran would have a stockpile of missiles capable of hitting the US.

What warnung did Donald Trump give to Iran?

The US President said that a nuclear-powered Iran is not good for America, so the US military had no choice but to attack the Middle East nation, pointing out that this is the last chance to destroy Iran's nuclear program.

“The (Iranian) regime's conventional ballistic missile program was growing rapidly and dramatically, and this posed a very clear, colossal threat to America and our forces stationed overseas. The regime already had missiles capable of hitting Europe and our bases, both local and overseas, and would soon have had missiles capable of reaching our beautiful America. The purpose of this fast-growing missile program was to shield their nuclear weapon development and make it extraordinarily difficult for anyone to stop them from making these highly forbidden nuclear weapons... An Iranian regime armed with long-range missiles and nuclear weapons would be an intolerable threat to the Middle East, but also to the American people,” he said.

“Our country itself would be under threat, and it was very nearly under threat. I was very proud to have knocked out the Iran nuclear deal by President Obama... They would have had nuclear weapons three years ago, and they would have used them. But I'll not let that happen," he added.
