In the cooperative operation of the Indian Army, most terror strongholds in Pakistan were laid waste. This air strike was also welcomed by Pakistan without any hesitation. Nine terrorist targets were hit in Pakistan, of which five are attributed to Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) and Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM). All these bases were hit by planning with full precaution of not endangering civilians' lives. Wing Commander Vyomika Singh asserted that Operation Sindoor was retaliation against the heinous terror attack at Pahalgam on April 22.
