Quetta blast: A massive bomb blast has rocked Quetta city in Pakistan's Balochistan province, killing at least 10 people and seriously injuring 15 others. The blast occurred near Zarghoon Road in the city, where rescue and security forces responded immediately.  According to reports, the explosion was so powerful that windows and doors of several nearby buildings were shattered. Heavy gunfire followed the blast, further escalating the situation. Local police and rescue teams arrived at the scene and began transporting the injured to the hospital. Meanwhile, security forces cordoned off the area and attempted to control the situation.

Security forces made strict arrangements

Security forces have sealed off the entire area to prevent further threats. Frontier Corps personnel are also present at the scene, monitoring the area and searching for suspects. Police have also launched a search operation in the surrounding areas to determine the motive and perpetrators of the attack.

Emergency declared in hospitals

Balochistan Health Minister Bakht Muhammad Kakar has declared a state of emergency in all hospitals in Quetta following the incident. He has ordered all doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and paramedical staff to report to duty immediately to ensure the best possible treatment for the injured. Hospitals have been prepared to provide immediate treatment to as many patients as possible.
