The Ukraine War also remained on the agenda in the meeting. Modi reiterated that India believes the solution to struggle is possible not from war, but with dialogue. This statement further clarifies India's role of 'strategic autonomy' and peace establishment.
Prime Minister Modi said in his address that India is moving forward on the mantra of "Reform, Perform, and Transform." He clearly stated that "connectivity is meaningful only if he does not challenge someone's sovereignty."
Referring to the Chabahar Port and the International North-South Transport Corridor (INSTC), Modi said that these projects will not only facilitate commercial transactions but will also speed up stability and development in sensitive areas like Central Asia and Afghanistan.
Modi gave a new definition to the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. He said that India's vision is based on three pillars—
Referring to terrorism, the Prime Minister said that India has been suffering from it for the last four decades. Describing the recent attack in Pahalgam, he appealed to SCO countries for a collective strategy.

Chinese President Xi Jinping said in the inaugural speech that the SCO was established on the 'Shanghai Bhava,' including mutual trust, equality, and thinking. He said that the organization laid a new tradition in international politics by building military confidence in the border areas.
Jinping made a big announcement during the conference, saying that China would give a grant of US $281 million to SCO member countries this year. This amount will be to meet the economic and development requirements of the member countries.
The most symbolic moment of the conference was when Modi, Putin, and Jinping came on the same stage. The three leaders met warmly and had mutual communication. International analysts consider it to be the beginning of 'Trio Diplomacy.' According to experts, this equation of India-Russia-China has the ability to challenge the dominance of Western countries in the future.
