UAE and Jordan Lead Humanitarian Aid Airdrop in Gaza with Support from European Nations

Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the UAE, recently conducted a phone conversation with Ayman Safadi, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Both leaders discussed the worsening humanitarian situation in Gaza and agreed to improve their cooperation in delivering aid.

During the call, Abdullah bin Zayed praised Jordan for its ongoing efforts to support the people of Gaza and appreciated the strong partnership between the two countries in this important cause. He stressed that, following the direction of UAE President Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the UAE continues to play a key role in providing emergency humanitarian aid to Palestinians through land, air, and sea routes. The people in Gaza are going through very difficult times, and the UAE remains committed to supporting them.

Airdrop Operation Led by UAE and Jordan

Abdullah bin Zayed shared that the 59th airdrop of humanitarian supplies was successfully carried out today. The mission was led by the UAE and Jordan, along with seven aircraft from France, Germany, Italy, and Spain. This operation is part of the larger effort called "Operation Chivalrous Knight 3," which aims to send food and essential supplies to the most severely affected areas in Gaza.

He said this operation shows how countries can work together to respond to humanitarian needs. The joint mission reflects the strong commitment of all involved nations to help people suffering from crises. The UAE, in particular, has continued its support through both direct aid and ongoing political and diplomatic efforts to help the Palestinian people.
