Taking to X, the US Central Command in a post, said that, "US forces started another night of strikes against Iranian military targets at 6:45 p.m. ET today. This is the 13th consecutive night of strikes aimed to hold Iran accountable and diminish threats from the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps to commercial shipping."

The latest attacks came shortly after US President Donald Trump shared a post on Truth Social, stating that any damage to ships and cargo would be paid for with Iranian money in Washington's possession and control, calling it a "right and equitable" move.

Several explosions were reported in Bandar Abbas, with two people injured in an attack on the residential area of ​​Tappeh Allah-o-Akbar.
