Aamir Khan's Gf Gauri Spratt's Saree Look Steals Spotlight At Pre-Wedding Reception

Mumbai: Bollywood actor Aamir Khan now days is more in the spotlight for personal life than films. Recently the actor, who moved together with his girlfriend Gauri Spratt  into a new house in Mumbai, was spotted at a wedding reception with her partner.

The couple arrived hand-in-hand for the wedding reception, where Gauri's desi and simple look in saree stole everyone's heart.

Where was the couple spotted?

Aamir Khan and Gauri Spratt were spotted together on Saturday night for the pre-wedding reception for Mohak Nahta and Dikshita Khullar, which was hosted by trade analyst Komal Nahta.

The evening turned into a star-studded affair with the presence of several prominent personalities from the film industry, including actors Aamir Khan, Salman Khan, Hrithik Roshan, Rakesh Roshan, Ananya Panday, Neha Dhupia, Shanaya Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal, Vidya Balan, and filmmaker Karan Johar.

What did the couple wear?

Instead of twinning in the same colour outfits just like other couple, Aamir and Gauri opted for a colour-coordinated outfit.

Aamir wore for a classic all-black suit with a matching shirt and tie. Gauri complemented him in a teal printed saree paired with a matching blouse, keeping her look elegant with minimal accessories and soft waves.

What about Gauri's look?

Gauri looked beautiful in a saree, which was different from the look she usually use to wear.

Gauri's teal silk saree was not adorned with heavy work, but instead featured golden prints all over the saree. These leaf-like print gave a royal touch, and her contrasting light green blouse further enhanced its beauty. 

To make her look even more desi, Gauri paired her look with green bangles, which enhanced her beauty. Diamond rings and small stud earrings added a classy touch without adding any dramatic vibes, making her look incredibly elegant.

When did they make it official?

On his 60th birthday in March last year, Aamir made his relationship official with Gauri Spratt after divorce from his second wife, Kiran Rao.

During an media interaction in Mumbai, Aamir revealed that the two had known each other for over two decades before reconnecting. 

“We met accidentally, kept in touch, and it all happened organically,” he explained, adding that they had rekindled their bond around a year and a half earlier.

“I had reached a point where I thought I probably would never find someone who could be my partner. I wasn’t expecting it. She brings a lot of calm and steadiness. She’s a really amazing person, and I am so fortunate and lucky to have met her.”
