During her appearance on the YouTube show Khaane Mein Kya Hai with host Kunal Vijayakar, Rakul Preet Singh spoke about her husband’s journey of losing weight. She said that Jackky was quite overweight as a child but worked hard and shed more than 70 kilos before starting his career. Sharing more, Rakul revealed, “He was a very heavy kid. How Jackky Bhagnani Transformed His Body

Back in June, Jackky himself opened up about his fitness journey at the Fit India Cult Yogathon held in New Delhi’s Indira Gandhi Stadium. Speaking at the event, the Youngistaan actor said that discipline and lifestyle changes were the key reasons behind his transformation. He explained, “Many people find it hard to believe that I once weighed more than 150 kilos and managed to lose 75 kilos. It wasn’t an easy road, but with determination, self-belief and motivation, I made it possible.” The 40-year-old added that expensive equipment or gym plans are not always needed to lose weight. Instead, eating healthy food, drinking enough water, sleeping well, practising yoga and doing regular cardio helped him stay balanced both physically and mentally.

Jackky Bhagnani Lost 15 Kg In Just 21 Days

In 2017, Jackky had to reduce 15 kilos in only 21 days for his film Mitron. Speaking to GQ, he shared, “I was around 91-92 kilos at that time and I managed to bring it down to 77 kilos in just three weeks.” He revealed that he walked and jogged 10-15 km daily as part of steady-state cardio, making sure not to run too much in order to protect his muscles. This routine helped him cut down nearly 8-9 percent of body fat.
Jackky also trained for 4-5 hours a day and made sure to get proper rest, which played a big role in his transformation. His weight loss journey continues to inspire many as it shows that with natural methods and consistent effort, one can achieve amazing results.
