People often blame lack of sleep for dark circles around the eyes. Dark circles eclipse your beauty. To hide this you have to apply a lot of makeup. Why we get dark circles?

Lack of Vitamins 

Due to deficiency of Vitamin A, D, K and E in the body, the skin under the eyes often turns black. Therefore, if you have got dark circles despite your lifestyle being right, then get it checked immediately.

Hyperpigmentation

If you stay in the sun for a long time without applying sunscreen or without sun protection, then due to this you may also have the problem of dark circles.

Anaemia

Due to iron deficiency, red blood cells reduce in the body, which is also called anemia. Because of this, oxygen does not reach many parts of the body. This can also be a reason behind dark circles under the eyes.

Thyroid

When our thyroid gland is unable to release hormones properly then thyroid problems occur. In this situation, either the thyroid gland starts releasing more hormones or less, due to this sometimes the skin under the eyes starts turning black.
