Vishal, who worked as a security guard at Tata Steel, was found hanging at his home on Thursday, leaving behind a suicide note that blamed his former girlfriend and her family for his distress.Vishals family claims that the police have not properly investigated the case despite the suicide note clearly mentioning abuse and threats from his girlfriend and her family. In it, Vishal wrote, I am Vishal Singh. I was in love with a girl from my neighborhood for 11 years. She has now found someone else and has kept me in depression for the last two months. Her family members threaten me and abuse me. When I tried to discuss marriage, they threatened to kill me. They torture me every day, and thats why I am leaving this world.Familys plea for justiceVishals sister has accused the police of negligence, stating that despite submitting the suicide note as evidence, no action was taken against the girl or her family for two days. It was only after the familys persistent demands for justice that the police initiated an investigation and began questioning the accused. As the investigation unfolds, the family continues to demand justice for Vishals tragic death.
