In this terrible accident, only one of the 242 people aboard the aircraft survived. The dead include many major industrialists, students, women, and children. The aircraft was a Boeing 787–8 Dreamliner, which was once considered a miracle of future technology.

Conflict in the air, then become a fireball

In the video that went viral on social media, it was seen that the plane was flying unusually after the takeoff and struggling to get the height. Then he suddenly fell down and fell on the mess of a medical college hostel, where the students were having lunch. He then turned into fire shells with a horrific explosion. Black smoke spread in the sky and debris started raining.

241 people died, the first crash of the Dreamliner

According to the Aviation Safety Network, this is the first major crash of the Dreamliner aircraft. The Boeing 787–8 Dreamliner was first used for commercial flight in 2011. It is made from lightweight carbon fiber and was designed for a long-distance safe journey.

Investigation starts, black box found

Investigation agencies have come into action soon after the accident. The aircraft's black box and flight data recorders have been found. The Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB) has started an investigation. However, the clear cause of this horrific accident has not been revealed yet. Technical fault, human error, or software failure—investigation into all possibilities is underway.

Is the Boeing Dreamliner really safe?

In 2019, Boeing suffered a global ban after two 737 Max aircraft accidents. Now this first major accident of the Dreamliner has once again raised serious questions about Boeing's credibility.
