Describing the arrest as a "political conspiracy," Atishi expressed dismay over the situation, highlighting the lack of tangible outcomes despite extensive investigations involving over 500 officers spanning two years.

Historic arrest of a sitting chief minister

Arvind Kejriwal's arrest is unprecedented as he becomes the first sitting Chief Minister to face such action by law enforcement agencies. Enforcement Directorate's extended interrogation

Currently, the Enforcement Directorate is conducting an interrogation of Chief Minister Kejriwal concerning the liquor policy case. The agency's swift action following the Delhi High Court's decision underscores the gravity of the situation, prompting AAP to seek urgent intervention from the Supreme Court to address Kejriwal's predicament.

Reacting to the arrest, Delhi Minister Imran Hussain condemned it as unfortunate and alleged it to be a part of a broader conspiracy aimed at undermining the AAP and Arvind Kejriwal.
