Work harrasment?

"Girl, you have guts and intellect," one user commented. Not everybody possesses that. When I worked at Tech Mahindra Noida years ago, TL said to one of our coworkers, "Ye logi to aise." Why did he arrive on time and go on time if he was not going to be late? He accomplished the work allocated to him without taking extended stops for tea or sutta, unlike the so-called supervisor, TL remarked. Horrible!
