According to the police, the whole incident started with a simple confrontation. When the path of the two scooty riders touched the delivery executive's vehicle, an argument immediately started. Within moments the dispute escalated, and the accused started a scuffle. In front of the onlookers, the attack was so violent that the victim immediately fell down. Locals called the police, and he was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
