BJP Announces MLC Candidates: Kedarnath Singh From Banaras, Naval Kishore Yadav From Patna

New Delhi: Bharatiya Janata Party has released the list of its candidates for the 2026 Legislative Council elections to be held in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. The party has announced names for the graduate and teacher constituencies of both the states. The list released by BJP includes names of candidates for four seats in Bihar and six seats in Uttar Pradesh. Kedarnath Singh has been made the candidate from Varanasi graduates seat, while Naval Kishore Yadav has been given the ticket from Patna teachers constituency.
