BJP Gets New National President Today (X@BJP)
New Delhi: The Bharatiya Janata Party got a new national president today. Five-time MLA from Bihar Nitin Nabin was elected unopposed and with this he became the youngest ever national president of the party. The new responsibility has come at a time when BJP is busy in election preparations in many important states of the country and is trying to give a new edge to the organization.
According to party sources, Nitin Nabin was the only candidate for the post of national president. A total of 37 nomination sets were filed, including 36 from state units and one from a parliamentary party. Since no other contender came forward, it was decided that he would be elected unopposed.

Nitin Nabin is known as an active organizer within the party. He has held many important responsibilities from Yuva Morcha to the state and national level. His role in the Chhattisgarh Assembly elections and Lok Sabha elections was especially appreciated by the party leadership.
This is the first time that a leader from Bihar has become the national president of BJP. State leaders called it a sign of respect for Bihar and growing stature in the organization. Enthusiasm regarding this was also seen among the party workers.
Becoming national president at the age of 45 is being considered a sign of generational change within the party. The BJP leadership believes that the youth president will help the party connect with the youth and give new energy to the organization.
The new national president will have a big responsibility to strengthen the organization, prepare a strategy for the upcoming assembly elections and keep the party active up to the booth level. Besides, maintaining organizational balance between the Center and the states will also be important.
Political analysts believe that the coronation of Nitin Nabin is a sign of leadership change within the BJP and preparations for the future. This decision is considered to be part of the party's expansion and long-term strategy.
