Kerala News: A late-night police raid has sent shockwaves through Kerala's political circles, with the son of a CPI(M) MLA and eight others arrested for allegedly possessing ganja. The sensational bust has set the state abuzz with controversy, raising questions of privilege and accountability.

Police questioning suspicious network group

It was said that the group was caught with a large quantity of the prohibited drug. To the police officers, the group is suspicious as they may be part of a big network. As early as before conclusions drawn from the investigations, the incident already sparked heated debates in the state.

But CPI(M) legislator denied those allegations which he termed blackmail.
