The incident happened on Wednesday evening when Dinesh Chand, alias 'Golu,' a friend of a youth named Sandeep, hatched a conspiracy along with his three companions. It is being told that there was a tension between Sandeep and Golu for some time regarding money. This tension took a bloody form. As soon as Sandeep reached home, as soon as the door swung open, Golu rushed in and began shooting at his parents.
