Jaipur Murder Case: Lawyer Claims Accused Ayushi Was In Live-In Relationship With Cousin

Jaipur: A new twist has emerged in the famous Jaipur murder case of Rajasthan. Regarding the main accused Ayushi Sharma and absconding accused Balram, the family lawyer has claimed that both were living in a live-in relationship for a long time. The lawyer alleges that due to this relationship, both of them hatched an alleged conspiracy to acquire property and government job. However, the police have not yet officially confirmed this claim and have said that every aspect of the case is being investigated.

What allegations has the lawyer made?

Advocate Chandra Prakash Sharma, appearing on behalf of the family, says that there was not only kinship between Ayushi and Balram, but both were living in a live-in relationship. They allege that both of them wanted to capture the family's property worth about Rs 14 to 15 crore and government jobs given on compassionate grounds. The lawyer also claimed that the entire conspiracy was hatched for this very purpose. These allegations are currently the claims of the family and their lawyer, which are being investigated by the police.

What has come to light so far in the police investigation?

According to the police, 45-year-old Neeraj Sharma was crushed to death by an SUV on July 3. Investigation revealed that an attempt was made to show the incident as a road accident. Seven people including Ayushi Sharma have been arrested in this case, while Balram is still absconding. Police allege that the conspiracy to murder was hatched several months ago and even a betel nut was given for it.

Why are questions being raised even on Father's death?

The case took a new turn when Ayushi's maternal uncle demanded an investigation into the death of her father Vijay Sharma. It has been alleged in the complaint that Vijay Sharma's death was not natural and in this case also the role of Aayushi and Balram should be investigated. Police have confirmed that they have received the complaint and said that the competent authorities will review the entire matter. At present these allegations have not been confirmed.

Did property and job become the alleged motive for murder?

According to the investigating agencies, in the initial investigation, property and compassionate appointment dispute have been included as possible reasons for the murder. Police say that the role of all the accused, electronic evidence, financial transactions and other evidence are being investigated. The search for absconding accused Balram is going on and after his arrest it is expected that answers to many important questions will be found.
