New Delhi: As the investigation into the blast near Delhi's Red Fort is progressing, an old Pakistani video has again come into the limelight. This video is of Pakistan's well-known journalist Javed Chaudhary, who is considered very close to ISI. In the video he is seen talking about major terrorist attacks in India. The special thing is that this statement is allegedly from May 2025, when India conducted Operation Sindoor in Pakistan and more than 100 ISI-backed terrorists were eliminated.

Were Masood Azhar and Hafiz Saeed given a “free hand” to attack?

In the video, Javed Chaudhary claims that the leaders of banned organizations Jaish-e-Mohammed and Lashkar-e-Taiba—Maulana Masood Azhar and Hafiz Saeed—have been given a free hand to carry out attacks in India. He says that after India's action, Pakistan has given an open field to these terrorist leaders, and now they are activating their sleeper cells. In Chaudhary's words, "By attacking, India has given them a reason to take revenge."

Had Masood Azhar really announced revenge?

Chaudhary further says in the video that Masood Azhar has reportedly declared that India attacked his madrassa; hence, he has the “right to take revenge.” He also adds that Azhar's fidayeen are highly trained and ready to sacrifice their lives. This claim is serious for Indian agencies, because many experts are considering the Delhi blast as a sign of terrorist reactivation.

Do sleeper cells of these organizations already exist in India?

According to Javed Chaudhary, "Maulana Masood Azhar and Hafiz Saeed have a network in India, and their hold is strong. They were stopped only by Pakistan." This has alerted Indian agencies, as foreign links have already emerged in the Delhi blasts and Pakistani connections have been confirmed in several arrests.

Does Delhi Blast confirm these claims?

The video has resurfaced because several Pakistani links are visible in the recent suicide blasts in Delhi. Investigative agencies have started looking into whether Pakistan-backed sleeper cells have indeed become active again in India. The revelations of many doctors and chemical networks in the initial investigation have further strengthened this suspicion.
