Kolkata: West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has expressed displeasure over the raids by the Income Tax Department and the Enforcement Directorate on locations associated with I-PAC. Speaking to the media in Kolkata, she said that such action was being taken with the intention of scaring her, but it would not weaken her. She alleged that all this is being done out of political enmity and also targeted the central government through gestures.

“If someone tries to kill me, I am reborn,” the Chief Minister said. According to her, her morale is not going to be broken due to political pressure and action of investigating agencies. She said that such steps cannot push them back.
