MK Stalin's Niece Allegedly Slaps Bank Manager, CCTV Footage Goes Viral

Chennai: A case has come to light from Chennai, the capital of Tamil Nadu, which has sparked discussion from political circles to social media. It is alleged that Kayalvizhi, daughter of former Union Minister and senior DMK leader MK Alagiri, slapped an SBI bank manager. Alleged CCTV footage of this incident is also going viral. Police have registered a case on the basis of the footage and started investigation.

This incident is from Adyar area of Chennai. SBI branch runs in a commercial building here. It is being told that talks were taking place between the bank manager and Kayalvizhi regarding the maintenance of the building. During the conversation there was an altercation between the two and the dispute escalated.

What was seen in the CCTV footage?

In the video that is viral on social media, a woman is seen sitting and talking in front of the bank manager. After some time, she suddenly gets up and slaps the manager. In the video, another person is also seen intervening. However, the police have not yet officially confirmed this viral video.

What was the reason for the dispute?

According to media reports, the bank manager had asked to repair the broken lift of the building. A debate started on this issue, and the matter reached a scuffle.

After the incident, Chennai Police registered an FIR against Kayalvizhi on the complaint of the chief manager of the bank. Police have also included viral CCTV footage as evidence in the investigation. Currently the investigation is going on and the police are looking at every angle of the case.

Who is Kayalvizhi?

Kayalvizhi is the daughter of former Union Minister MK Alagiri. MK Alagiri is the elder son of late DMK leader and former CM M. Karunanidhi. Whereas Tamil Nadu CM MK Stalin is her younger brother. This matter is more in the headlines because of its connection with DMK's big family.
