Tragic Road Crash in Nashik: 7 Dead After Car-Bike Collision

Seven people were killed and two critically injured after a speeding car collided head-on with a bike in Maharashtra’s Nashik district. The accident occurred on the Vani-Dindori road late Wednesday night, causing widespread shock.

National News: As soon as the information about the incident was received, the local police and rescue team reached the spot, and relief and rescue work was started. The accident was so horrific that seven people died on the spot, while two people were found seriously injured. According to police officials, the control room received a call about a road accident at around 11:57 pm on Wednesday night. The accident took place near a nursery located on the Vani-Dindori road. When the police team reached the spot, they saw that both the car and the bike had fallen into a small drain below the road.

Seven people died; two are serious

According to the police, a total of 7 people died on the spot in this accident, while 2 others were seriously injured. The injured were immediately admitted to the nearest hospital, where their condition remains critical. As soon as the information about the accident was received, the police and other agencies reached the spot and started the rescue operation. The bodies were taken out of the drain, and the injured were immediately sent to the hospital for treatment. At present, the police are investigating the matter to find out the reasons behind the accident.

Area in mourning

After this tragic accident, a wave of mourning has spread in the entire area. The process of identifying the deceased and informing their families is underway. The police is also investigating whether speeding or negligence was the reason behind this. According to the police, evidence from both the vehicles is being collected, and a forensic team has also been called to find out the real cause of the accident. Local people are also being questioned.
